Javier Pena and Steve Murphy discuss their arrival in Bogota, Colombia, and their three-year stay there. They worked on capturing Pablo Escobar and estimate that Escobar was responsible for around 15,000 murders, while others claim the number is closer to 50,000. The clip then discusses the events leading up to Escobar's assassination of presidential nominee Luis Carlos Galan in 1989. Galan's successor, Cesar Gaviria Trujillo, narrowly escaped an assassination attempt by Escobar, which resulted in the deaths of 107 innocent people. The former agents also mention how Escobar built his own luxurious prison, known as "La Catedral," and later escaped when he learned he was going to be moved to a regular prison.
