In this clip, Ali chronicles his journey from leaving a promising basketball career to setting up a music group. He calls for a shift away from basketball towards a new mission, guiding its members towards a rejection of disrespect towards women and gang-related activities, insisting on a no guns policy during their collaboration. Aiming to establish a rap group with a unique sound and positive message, he stipulates that members must adopt a fresh approach free from low-grade language and guns, which saw many people leave. Only five members stayed, with one later leaving for another label, dissatisfied with the group's direction. Originally a manager and producer, Ali also involved himself in the group's lyrical development, pushing for a distinctive sound and identity.
