This delay has led to financial strain and uncertainty for several law firms, prompting some lawyers to attempt to withdraw from the case. Prez also shared details about the involvement of Young Thug's brother, who was arrested for gun possession shortly after being released and subsequently sentenced to nine years in prison. Prez and Spice 1 also speculate on the possibility that Gunna may have been manipulated into accepting a plea deal by his lawyer.
