--------
Joaquin "Jack" Garcia discussed his involvement in operations involving large sums of money and illicit substances as an undercover agent. He revealed the largest amount of money he was ever involved in "washing" was $3 million. Discussing the cunning tactics employed by large drug organizations, he highlighted their considerable intelligence and strategic planning. Jack explained how these groups manipulate the system, fooling government authorities by allowing one incriminating shipment to be seized, while numerous others go undetected. He further explained the dangerous ruthlessness of these organizations, indicating they were more lethal than the mafia. Delving into the practice of cash confiscations, Jack clarified that the NYPD gets a percentage of seized funds. He also recounted a case where his team seized $11 million, 7.4 tons of cocaine and 2400 pounds of marijuana from a suspect who apparently died after botched plastic surgery.
