Boxing legend Evander Holyfield shared the story behind his gargantuan home. Unveiling that he didn't realize the full extent of how big his home project was, he said it was the designers who took his drawings and expanded on them. The result was a $50 million, 45,000 square-foot house located on 235 acres of land in Georgia, boasting 109 rooms, 12 bedrooms, and 17 bathrooms. It also holds the largest private pool in America, holding 350,000 gallons of water.

Holyfield revealed that after the house was built, it was estimated to be worth around $230 million and cost $1 million a year to maintain. However, he utilized this massive abode to make a difference in the community. He hosted grand 4th of July parties, opened it up for underprivileged kids, and even gave away five college scholarships every year for half a decade. Taking his upbringing in the projects as motivation, his goal was to show these children what was possible to achieve in life.
