Michael Blackson and Vlad discussed the wage disparity in Hollywood while pointing out the case of Taraji P. Henson. Expressing his support, Blackson clarified he earned close to what Henson did for "Meet the Blacks 2," a movie with a mere $2 million budget, suggesting she should be earning much more for films with a considerably larger budget. Vlad argued that at some point, artists should start owning and producing their own work to ensure fair pay. Highlighting Tyler Perry's initiatives to uphold fair pay in his projects, Blackson urged Henson to follow suit. They both agreed that due to her stature and years in the industry, Henson has the resources necessary to produce her own projects.
