Nicholas Irving spoke about the misconceptions people often have between biblical Israel and the current state of Israel, saying people often back the state for religious purposes without understanding the difference. He believes the U.S. supports Israel unquestioningly, in turn serving as an extension to promote their agenda in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. This extends to the ongoing conflict in Israel and the Gaza Strip, where he claims some practices border on genocide. Irving stresses the importance of self-defense but condemns the consequences of war, particularly the involvement of innocent women and children. The current situation leaves a 'bad taste' in people's mouths and raises questions about the U.S.' funding and political alliance with Israel. He concluded with a critique of U.S. laws and insinuated the country is becoming more confusing and nonsensical.
