George Chidi recently aired his grievances over the revealing of jury identities by No Jumper and other platforms. The incident occurred during the trial of Young Thug, whose lawyers claimed the word "thug" stood for "truly humble under God." Relatedly, "YSL", another moniker used by Young Thug, was said to mean "slug, love, I me everything." Chidi heavily criticized these explanations as implausible and contentious. Concerning the exposing of the jury’s identities, a camera during the court proceedings captured and consequently revealed jurors through internet detectives. Despite a judge's mandate for the media not to record, the damage had been done. Chidi was against these actions and had to invest substantially in legal fees to ensure his return to the courtroom. He bemoaned No Jumper's amplification of the error, emphasizing the importance of open courtrooms. The violation raised concerns about the possibility of a mistrial.
