This led to increasing tension between the two, with Von going so far as to accuse NBA YoungBoy of being untruthful in his music. Things escalated when Von reportedly insinuated he'd slept with NBA YoungBoy's baby mama, sparking a series of inflammatory social media posts. In retaliation, NBA YoungBoy was rumored to have involved himself with Von's ex, Asian Doll. This series of personal affronts culminated tragically with Von's untimely death. Ross speculates that Von's heavy involvement in the rap-feud culture, which he used to boost his career, unfortunately spiraled beyond his control.
