Cardone revealed that he purchased the sprawling 10,000-square-foot property, complete with seven bedrooms and six baths, from a Russian oligarch just before the start of the Ukraine war. Despite the home not being officially on the market, Cardone's determination led him to secure the property after 19 months of negotiations. The acquisition also included a Gulfstream 650 jet from a Russian oligarch. Originally renting three houses away while filming "Undercover Billionaire," Cardone decided he had to own the estate after seeing it. The mansion boasts rare features like a pool that can't be reconstructed due to current regulations. While the property is listed for sale, Cardone finds it hard to part with it, citing the incredible views and the extensive renovations he’s undertaken.
