Comedian Ms. Pat continued to open up about shocking moments from her difficult upbringing. At just 12 years old, she met Derek (a pseudonym), a 20-year-old man at a YMCA party. Despite her youth, their relationship quickly became romantic. Recalling their first encounter, Ms. Pat stated she initially lied about her age, claiming to be 18, only for Derek to find out the truth the following day. Despite this, Derek, who was already married with children, continued the relationship. Ms. Pat soon found herself pregnant and refused to consider abortion, longing for unconditional love she had not received from her family.
