The tipping point came after the cousin conducted a drug deal with his baby present, selling drugs hidden in the child's backpack. This cousin, facing a 20-year sentence, opted to cooperate to lessen his own punishment. Unbeknownst to Borrello, his cousin’s betrayal led to critical incriminating evidence, ultimately burying him further in legal troubles.
