Mase recounts a chilling moment when he narrowly escaped a sexual assault attempt by fellow inmates, thanks to the timely intervention of patrolling staff. His resilience in the face of such adversity is evident as he shares how he used his time behind bars productively. Despite not graduating high school traditionally, Mase earned his GED and even got accepted into five colleges.
