Known for his unapologetic demeanor, Go Yayo candidly discussed the reckless decision to record himself smoking while being pursued by law enforcement. He admitted the brazen act earned him an additional year behind bars on top of existing charges. Despite knowing the gravity of his situation, he justified his actions, saying he was already expecting to face a lengthy federal prison sentence. He also detailed how federal authorities got involved and picked up a gun-related charge alongside five other gun charges he was already battling. Eventually, Go Yayo chose to plead out rather than endure a drawn-out legal battle.
