Williams recounted his intense involvement in the violence of that year, noting incidents from being arrested for intimidating a witness to being charged with homicide, and even surviving a stabbing. He explained that a convergence of hardened criminals being released that year led to a volatile street environment. Williams remarked that, with many prominent gang members from different factions being free simultaneously, clashes were inevitable. This era was marked by territorial disputes and power struggles, with each gang proving its mettle. Despite the intense violence and crime, he maintained that the period was formative in shaping his identity. Williams also addressed his strained relationship with fellow New Orleans figure OG Boobie Black, citing personal disagreements and acknowledging being seen as the "black sheep" within his circle.
