Addressing rumors that Yo Gotti or CMG funded his legal defense, Govan firmly denied any assistance from the label or its affiliates. Instead, he credits Arora for standing by him despite limited resources and covering expenses personally. Govan emphasized the heavy toll of the case but expressed gratitude for his attorney’s unwavering support as he continues to fight the serious allegations.
