After two brief encounters involving shopping and a hotel stay at a modest Holiday Inn, Gina returned to Max, always keeping him informed by phone.
Contrary to typical jealous rage, Max B appeared calm upon her return. Unexpectedly, he instructed Gina to obtain drugs and then directed her and his brother to locate and rob Alan, the wealthy man she had just spent time with.
