During a recent interview, Money B of Digital Underground opened up about the impact Tupac Shakur's departure had on his own involvement in the iconic film *Menace II Society*. Money B was originally cast in the Hughes Brothers’ 1993 drama, which marked a breakthrough for the filmmakers and the hip-hop community's entrance into Hollywood. However, Tupac, who had been offered a key role, became dissatisfied after requesting script changes to add depth to his Muslim character. Following disputes with the Hughes Brothers, Tupac abruptly quit the project, which ultimately led to shifts in the casting and story.
