छतीसगढ़ के सूरजपुर ज़िले के DM और कलेक्टर रणबीर शर्मा ने एक नवयुवक को थप्पड़ मारा और लाठियों से पिटवाया क्योंकि वो अपने दादा-दादी के लिए भोजन ले कर अस्पताल जा रहा था। एक अन्य नाबालिग को दवाई के लिए दुकान की ओर जाने पर भी पीटने की खबर है। ये वही DM है जो कुछ साल पहले घूस लेते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ा गया था।
