The Try Guys did take things a step further though, enlisting the help of a medical team and series of tests to determine not only who has the healthiest lifestyle, but to predict who will die first and live the longest. I've got to say, I have some very mixed feelings about these types of test, as there are so many variables in what leads to a long and healthy life that a test simply doesn't take into consideration, but it's a fun exercise to explore nonetheless. Today we hit on a bunch of subjects, such as Ned Fulmer having a baby with his wife and becoming a dad, Keith Habersberger's diet after eating the whole menu, Eugene Lee Yang's alcohol intake, and Zach Kornfeld's STI concerns, among many other things. Cancer risk, moderate intensity exercise, blood pressure, BRCA1, sleep, stress, and so much more all in today's video!
