Trusting God’s Timing: Learning Patience in the Waiting

Do you struggle with impatience when prayers don’t seem to be answered, or when life doesn’t move as quickly as you hoped? This week’s devotional reminds us of God’s attribute of patience and that His timing is always perfect. Because He is patient, we can wait on Him without fear, trust His purposes even in delays, and pray for the strength to endure waiting with faith.

When you know God is patient, you don’t need to rush ahead in your own strength, or try to force outcomes, or give up when prayers seem unanswered. Instead, you can rest in the truth that what looks like waiting is often God’s preparation.

The more that we learn about God’s attributes, the more we learn to trust Him.
