She has continued to write about sex and love addiction for publications like The Huffington Post, The Fix, Substance.com, She Savvy and Jezebel.
Ethlie has also written for newspapers, magazines and television about everything from rock'n'roll to spaceships. She won an American Library Association award and a Public Library Association award for her work on women's history, a Magazine Publishers award for her rock journalism, and a Houston Horror Film Festival award for writing -- as she puts it -- "some really weird TV movies." As a broadcaster, she appeared regularly on the E! Channel and NBC.
She has been active in the recovery community for 32 years.
