YouTube Description
as posted by the channelRobert F. Kennedy Jr. has been in addiction recovery for over 42 years. "Addiction is about isolation. It's about ending up alone in jails, institutions, and death," says RFK, the US Secretary of HHS. "The food is hurting us. Not just our health, but our mental health as well."
"The only way to overcome a biological impulse is with a spiritual fire," continues Kennedy. He suggests "re-parenting" reintegration services to help addicts learn "how to live in a community. Tell the truth. Be on time. A sense of a self. Keep a bank account. Do all the things that your parents are supposed to teach you but that are not learned by many kids today."
