YouTube Description
as posted by the channelSince 2008, Meg struggled with health issues due to stress, and developed a problem with her hip that severely challenged her mobility. She started Dr Joe's work after attending a Progressive Workshop in Amsterdam. Attending the 2016 Munich Advanced Workshop, she willed herself to be "Fearless" -- her word/table assignment for the day -- and participated in the Walking Meditation with the group. After that day, she could walk and move at the workshop without pain in her hip. +
