YouTube Description
as posted by the channelYears ago, Ina was diagnosed with "mixed connective tissue disease." She lived with the condition, with regular flare-ups, until she developed bladder issues and was then diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. She began meditating, and started feeling better. She discovered Dr. Joe's meditations and retreats, and fell in love with the coherence healing work that participants learn in the Advanced Retreats. She was retested recently for interstitial cystitis...and the painful ulcers are gone.
Recorded at the Amelia Island Advanced Follow Up Retreat in August 2018. +
