After participating in a Coherence Healing session, she experienced a sudden relief of pain and greater mobility in her shoulder; 2) An illness as an infant left Bilyana with a weakened immune system. After she started practicing the meditations in the Online Progressive Workshop, she noticed that she was getting sick less often.
