YouTube Description
as posted by the channelPaul was diagnosed about 30 years ago with Crohn's disease, and he lived with bouts of extreme intestinal issues, often requiring hospitalization and emergency surgery. He began meditating, as a measure of last resort, and also was given some medication, as a measure of last resort. He gratefully experienced some relief from symptoms, and kept meditating. Paul attended the Niagara Falls Advanced Week Long Retreat, as a Give to Give Foundation recipient, and is very happy with the results of his efforts.
