Her naturopathic doctor diagnosed her as having severe cortisol-resistant hypothyroidism, which may have eventually led to a fatal heart attack. After reading Becoming Supernatural, and starting to practice the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation at home, Annica's physical condition--and mental well-being--improved.
