as posted by the channelTanya was diagnosed with uveitis (eye inflammation) in her 20's. The steroids she took to manage the uveitis were a potential cause of arthritic pain in her neck. She learned self-regulation techniques to manage stress, which helped to control both conditions enough to have a normal day-to-day life. At the Week Long Advanced Retreat, several symptoms of both conditions suddenly disappeared.
