Shannon had struggled with several health conditions since the age of 17. Most recently, doctors discovered a mass in her throat they diagnosed as hypothyroidism.
When she attended her first Week Long Advanced Retreat, she’d only just discovered Dr Joe’s work. Shannon felt out of place, at first – and frustrated when she didn’t find immediate relief. But as the meditations progressed, she realized she needed to change in order to heal. Once she let go and opened her heart, she was overcome with emotion – and, that night, the mass in her throat disappeared.
