When Rashi was introduced to Dr Joe’s work, she was living with several conditions that had made her world increasingly small. Progressive hearing loss isolated her from family gatherings. Early onset arthritis forced her to give up weekly hikes. And the only way she managed recurring migraine symptoms was with medication.
After reading Dr Joe’s books “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” and “Becoming Supernatural,” Rashi knew she’d found the right tools. “I'm a microbiologist, so science is my language,” she says today. “And when something really strikes you, you’re able to apply it more.”
In her very first meditation, Rashi was inspired by a vision of her future self – running, laughing, and free from pain. As she progressed in the work, that vision stayed with her. And as Rashi changed, her life began to change. She no longer needed migraine pills. She started hiking again. Family members noticed she could hear them with ease. Over time, she had become her future self.
