6:00Now PlayingFor eight years, Noemi lived with large uterine tumors that caused constant bleeding and severely affected her health. Multiple doctors told her surgery was too dangerous because of the size of the tumors and the complexity of her condition. As additional health concerns emerged, including blood clots and autoimmune diagnoses, she wondered if she would ever find a path forward.
Everything began to change when she discovered Dr Joe Dispenza's work. Day after day, she immersed herself in the meditations and music, making one important decision:
She would stop fighting her body and begin loving it instead.
As her practice deepened, so did her certainty. Even before her medical testing changed, Noemi says she already knew she would be "in the clear." Rather than identifying with her past or her diagnosis, she began embodying the healthy person she envisioned becoming. Eventually, follow-up testing showed she was cleared to move forward with surgery, and afterward she describes experiencing a profound sense of freedom and gratitude.
Looking back, Noemi says she realized she wasn't simply hoping for a different future… she was creating it. Her story reflects the principle of entanglement: becoming so connected to the version of yourself that already embodies health, wholeness, and possibility that you begin living from that future in the present. Today, she says she is free, grateful, and continues to believe in both the work and herself.
