- Coping with Trump - How to Remain Calm and Carry On:
Trump has issued a number of executive orders that could drastically change America, and that have left many feeling overwhelmed. Tactics for dealing with the current political situation include titrating your dose of media so that it suits you for the moment; reading rather than watching news; separating out news from opinion and predictions; understanding that Trump’s ADHD means that much of what he says may not come to pass; and focusing on improving the parts of your life and community that are under your control.
- Testosterone and ADHD:
Testosterone may play a role in the development of ADHD, and might explain why it is more common in men. In addition, there are anecdotal reports in adults of dramatic improvement in ADHD symptoms during treatment with testosterone.
