Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1/4 c raw, organic butter or ghee
1-2 tsp sea salt
Herbs and spices as desired
Directions:
Place chopped cauliflower in a pot of boiling water.
After cauliflower has finished steaming, drain water and place cooked cauliflower in a high-powered blender.
Add ¼ c. raw, organic butter or ghee to blender.
Add sea salt and other desired spices into blender mixture.
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour blended mixture in bowl and enjoy!
Health Benefits:
Cauliflower is a great source of Vitamin C, fiber, and phytonutrients, including xanthene and lutein, which contain anti-cancer and anti-aging properties.
