Perfect on a hot summer day! In this episode Dr. Josh Axe walks you through how to make this refreshing cucumber salsa--and the many health benefits it offers. Did you know tomatoes can help reduce sunburn and cucumbers are good for acne and sunspots?

Ingredients:

3 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded; chopped, quartered

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped

1 c. green, red & yellow peppers, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 small Vidalia onion, chopped

1 tsp. fresh parsley, minced

2 tsp. fresh cilantro, minced

½ tsp. dill

1 tsp. sea salt

4 tbsp. lime juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, serve, and enjoy!
