The whole family will love these Salmon Patties. An added bonus? They are super simple to make! Serve them plain or with organic BBQ sauce. The Omega-3 fatty acids in the salmon will help reduce inflammation in your body and boost your immune system.
Ingredients:
1 can wild-caught salmon
2 eggs (organic, free-range)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 box of Mary's Gone Crackers, crushed
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
2. Form into patties. Cook 5 minutes on each side, in a pan with coconut oil on medium-high heat.
3. Serve and enjoy!
