Who knew a chocolate milkshake could be healthy?! This simple recipe is not only delicious, it’s chock full of antioxidants and healthy fats that will help you lose weight.
Ingredients:
6 ice cubes
4-6 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. raw honey
½ tsp. or 1 packet stevia
Cinnamon, to taste
1 c. coconut milk
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in high-powdered blender and blend until desired consistency.
2. Pour, serve, and enjoy!
