-Recent medical studies have shown that running barefoot eliminates torquing of the knees, reducing injury and joint pain.
-It takes the body awhile to adapt to running barefoot, so start slowly and work your way up.
Action Steps:
1. Start wearing barefoot shoes on a daily basis.
2. Start running with barefoot shoes on softer surface, such as the grass or a track, or dirt trail.
3. Slowly build up your tolerance to barefoot running by working your way up with mileage, to reduce injury.
