Skip the Starbucks this winter--this chai tea recipe is so good! Instead of being filled with toxic chemicals and artificial sweeteners and flavors, this drink is filled with antioxidants, real spices and without refined sugars. It’s easy to make and delicious. Go on, give it a try!

Ingredients:

1 c. almond milk

1 tbsp. Grade B maple syrup

Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon & clove, to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until warm

2. Serve, sip, and savor!
