In this video, I'm showing you how to stretch your IT band and glutes.
These are really common problem areas especially for runners with hip or knee pain. All you need is a wall and a foam roller. Performing these exercises will decrease the tension in your IT band and glutes and help your overall performance level.
Nutrition tips: Stay hydrated, get plenty of magnesium and potassium in your diet, consume tons of fruits and vegetables, coconut water, nuts and seeds, and organic meat products.
