Today I’m going to show you how to increase the amount of probiotics in your system. If you can increase the amount of good bacteria in your body, it can help clear up your skin, improve detoxification, increase your nutrient absorption, help with digestion, weight loss, hormone balance, and liver detoxification. As you can see, probiotics are essential for healing any condition out there today.

There are four main ways to increase the amount of probiotics in your body:

1. Consume more sour foods (apple cider vinegar and fermented vegetables)

2. Consume more probiotics-rich foods (kefir, fermented foods)

3. Feed the probiotics in your system with fermentable fiber (chia/flax seeds, organic fruits and vegetables, sweet potatoes)

4. Take a quality probiotic supplement

Additionally you can shop at your local farmer’s market, which helps with the soil-based probiotics from the natural dirt on the food. Lastly, if you want to help increase the amount of probiotics in your system, stay away from antibiotics. Following these four tips will help you increase your probiotics and help treat almost any condition you have!
