In today’s video, I’m going to share with you my top tips on how to relieve gout fast. Gout affects millions of people across the country. Luckily there are remedies that can heal your gout so you will see results fast. There are three supplements I would recommend taking, and the first is celery juice or celery seed extract. Celery has been shown to reduce uric acid in the body, which improves gout fast. Secondly, black cherry juice is extremely effective in gout relief. Lastly, nettles or stinging nettles is highly anti-inflammatory.
Regarding your diet for gout, there are three main nutrients that you need to have in your diet on a regular basis — magnesium, potassium, and omega-3 fatty acids. You may want to include foods like vegetable juice or bone broth with vegetables. The top foods you want to avoid are acidic foods like alcohol, processed red meats, excess sugar consumption, refined sugar, and coffee. Follow these tips and you should get gout relief fast!
