The benefits of Cranberry juice can be amazing if you buy the right type. In this video, I am going to talk about the many benefits of cranberry juice and what types you should take as well as what types to stay away from.
Cranberries are great for your health and they have 5x more antioxidants than spinach and 5x more than most other fruits! It also has antimicrobial properties, so you can use cranberry juice as a natural treatment for infections such as a urinary tract infection. For treatment, I have patients get off of all sugar and just take cranberry extract or juice along with vegetables for several days to eliminate the infection.
Benefits of Cranberries:
1) Cleanse your urinary tract and help treat a urinary tract infection.
2) Fight cancer due to antioxidants.
3) Support kidneys and bladder to help your body better deal with stress.
4) Nourish liver and support in detoxification.
The types of cranberry juice to stay away from are any juices with added sugar. Ideally, it is best to juice cranberries yourself or buy straight cranberry juice that is unpasteurized or low temperature pressed.
I have some great cranberry recipes on my website at draxe.com to use year round and take your health to the next level!
