This turmeric latte recipe incorporates a number of Ayurvedic principles that make it a healthy, warming drink perfect for winter. With added adaptogens reishi and ashwagandha, this latte is bursting with health benefits.
GOLDEN MILK LATTE
Ingredients
1 tablespoon ghee or grass-fed butter
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop Organic Bone Broth Protein Turmeric Spice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon ashwagandha
1 teaspoon reishi
Cinnamon, for topping
Directions
1. Add the ghee, coconut milk and vanilla extract to a pot.
2. Place the pot over medium heat and warm the mixture.
3. Once warm, pour into a blender and add the Bone Broth Protein, honey, ashwagandha and reishi.
4. Blend until well-combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a mug and top with a dash of cinnamon.
