💧Over 25 million Americans' drinking water is contaminated with PFAS (forever chemicals).

These chemicals are linked to:

A study by the US Geological Survey found that at least one PFAS is present in 45% of US drinking water. Even legally acceptable levels can accumulate in the body, causing neurological, developmental, immunological, and endocrine damage over time.

Legal standards don't always mean safe—be aware of what’s in your water.

I recommend testing your water levels, you can go to EWG.org/tapwater to see what's in your local tap water. You can also get a water filter to remove the chemicals.

Berkey is one option, it removes heavy metals like iron, lead, and mercury, removes pharmaceutical drug contaminants to below lab detectable limits, removes fluorene, arsenic, and rust, and removes volatile organic compounds and inorganic minerals like chloride to below lab detectable limits.

Another option is getting a reverse osmosis water filter, which are effective against PFAS, lead, arsenic, and chromium 6.
