YouTube Description
as posted by the channelFirstly, understand that it's normal for your hormones to fluctuate after quitting birth control. Accept that it might be challenging initially but will get easier over time.
Here are some tips to help:
👉 Probiotics: Take a high dose of probiotics, preferably two types—an SBO probiotic and a diverse strain probiotic. This helps prevent yeast overgrowth.
👉 Diet: Focus on a diet rich in meat, vegetables, rice, berries, and cranberry juice. Avoid foods that feed candida.
👉 Supplements and Teas: Consider milk thistle and anti-candida teas like those containing cinnamon or ginger. Chai tea can help balance blood sugar and insulin levels.
After a month or two off birth control, see a functional medicine doctor for a micronutrient test to identify deficiencies. These steps can help manage the transition off birth control and maintain hormonal balance.
