He emphasised tying emotions to your vision. Imagine yourself in that moment, feeling the joy and excitement. For instance, I pictured myself throwing my 2-year-old in the air, hearing her laugh, and feeling strong and joyful. I made this a regular practice.
The key is having a detailed, strategic plan to realise your vision. I envisioned myself doing all these activities a year from now. After following this plan for two weeks, I started to feel about 1% better every day.
