Taylor, 14, admits she drinks alcohol, smokes marijuana, skips school and sneaks out of the house.

“I do normal things that a normal, rebellious teenager would do,” says the former straight-A student.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: At odds with a family member?

Taylor’s mom, Gina, and stepdad, Desi, say Taylor is headed down a bad path, and they’ve had to install locks on her bedroom window and an alarm in the house to monitor the teen.

“I don’t believe that’s a normal 14-year-old teenage behavior. Sneaking out of the house, yes. But the rest of it, I don’t at all,” Desi tells Dr. Phil on Monday’s episode. “I just see her spiraling down a road that’s going to be hard to come back.”

Taylor responds to her stepdad. “Sometimes, I think you say things that I don’t think you have the right to say,” she tells Desi, admitting that she resents him. “I just feel like you’re not my dad, and, I mean, that’s understandable, but it’s just, like, it hits really hard sometimes.”
