“I feel that a good portion of what gets you through grieving is being able to depend on normalcy, being able to go out and spend time with your friends and family, whereas now, I’m not able to do any of that,” the 25-year-old says. “I’m stuck inside 24/7. My mind just starts going crazy, and it’s very difficult losing your mother, and it’s even more difficult grieving alone.”
