“I’ve found that silence is golden,” says Ron, who claims he is continually triggered by Dianne’s name-calling and angry outbursts. Ron says he mostly hangs out in his home office during the day to try and stay away from his ex.

“Even when he closes that door, I can feel his negative aura,” says Dianne. She claims that Ron intentionally triggers her PTSD. “I want him to stay away from me,” she insists.
